Hersham Road - Landlord buy to let deal

Our friends at Gascoigne Pees have put this two bed apartment on the market for £250,000, meaning its under the next tier on stamp duty rate ( I do wish the Chancellor would do something about that .. if you are reading this George ... can you do something about these big steps)

Anyway, away from fantasy land, this 2 bed flat offers fabulous yield.

It's external looks aren't the prettiest, but look at the inside images (via the link below) .. not bad inside.

mark my word's .. she wont be on the market long long at this price .. landlords of W.O.Thames .. don't hang about!
